ServiceNow Support
Please use the ServiceNow forms linked below for specific Brightspace support:
- Request an Archived or Uplifted Course: Access a Blackboard Archived Course or request a Brightspace Uplift for a Blackboard course. Please note that content from Spring 2021-Fall 2023 is now available in Brightspace and additional archived content can be requested beginning early July 2024.
- Request a Third-Party Tool: Submit a request for consideration and processing of a “Third Party” tool into Brightspace for your academic use (i.e. University-wide, school, or course).
- Non-Student Information System (SIS) Course or Organization: Request a Brightspace non-SIS (non-Registrar) course or organization to collaborate within a department, with other faculty, staff, and/or students.
- Request a Merged Course: Request for multiple Brightspace courses to be combined, or merged, into one course. This is often done to streamline communications and content for multiple sections of one course.
