Currently, when copying grades from one course to another, grade schemes do not automatically transfer over. However, all grade schemes are available in your Brightspace course and just requires the instructor to locate and copy it in.
Instructions
- For the course that needs to have grade schemes copied to, select Course Tools on the Navbar and select the Course Admin from the dropdown menu.
- Select Schemes from the navigation, then under More Actions, click Copy.
- Select the radio button for scheme to be copied, then click Copy at the bottom of the screen.
- A copy of the scheme will be designated as “Copy – Title of Scheme”. Select the scheme to edit the name and any other properties. Make any edits as needed.
- Click Save and Close to make the grade scheme available in the current course.
